I wanted to share how amazing the staff at Heronden Vets have been . My dog had surgery at North downs referral and had a few set backs . The post operative care that my dog received from the vets at Heronden was second to none . A huge thanks to Anna and Katie who did a fantastic job of putting my mind at rest, listening to all my worries post surgery and of course making my dog feel happy and safe . The other staff including the vet techs and the reception staff are always so helpful, personable and knowledgeable and I’m so grateful they are our vets .

Recently registered at Heronden Veterinary Practice as I had lost faith in my previous vet. By far the best decision we ever made. Saturday we had to make an emergency appointment for our poorly Border Collie and the care and kindness of the staff was unbelievable. She had blood tests carried out while we waited, to rule out anything serious and after having a good news result she had an anti-sickness injection and a weeks worth of meds prescribed. By the next day she was showing signs of great improvement. Can't thank them enough!

One of the most compassionate yet professional vet practices I have come across. The staff are lovely and my dog loves going in there. We had an excellent experience with his neuter surgery where he healed beautifully. And more recently a last minute need for travel paperwork and they went above and beyond to help get what was needed. Highly recommend this non corporate practice.
