In An Emergency

If your pet has an emergency during normal hours (8.30 am – 7.00 pm Monday – Friday and 8.30 am – 1.00 pm Saturday), you can come to the clinic without an appointment and we will see you immediately.  If you are able, try to call beforehand as it allows us time to prepare for your emergency.

If your pet has an emergency outside normal hours, you will need to contact the animal equivalent of A&E in Ashford (Vets Now) on 01233 340104 . This emergency out-of-hours number should only be used in cases of real emergency as the costs are understandably much higher than for treatment during normal hours and the A&E centre will bill you directly for the costs.
