"Absolutely brilliant: We took our cat to Heronden for the first time. He is terrified of strangers and finds visits to vets stressful. We met with so much warmth and empathy that we knew as soon as we met Vicki that we could trust her. I was kept informed and was pleased that they took a pragmatic approach to treatment. We were hugely relieved he is mainly ok – pancreatitis and suffering the after effects of eating a very large rabbit… Such a refreshing encounter. Oh, and they offered to lend us a litter tray (at 7 pm it was late to source one) and a supply of litter granules all foc. Fantastic. Wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone with a pet."

"I visited the practice this morning with our poorly Puppy . I was nervous as we’d been treated unprofessionally by our previous vets practice and wasn’t sure of what to do, or who to trust . I was so very impressed . The staff were super friendly and welcoming . We got booked in to see Vicki and she was absolutely amazing . Explained everything really clearly , answered all my questions , and summarised the care and action plan at the end of the session . I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to spend money . I came away with a very clear understanding of my dogs life long condition and the way forward . "I would highly recommend Heronden Veterinary Practice. I visited there yesterday and today with my Rottweiler. They were extremely friendly and very professional. At no point was I made to feel like they were providing a service only for the money. Their sole concern was to help my dog get better, showing nothing but love and care for him. "I was told about Vicky by my friend Lu, when I moved to East Sussex in Sept with my beloved dog, Monkey. She got an anal abcess which I was only really aware of on Saturday and by the end of Monday Vicky and her team had fixed it! Moo even had a VIP ride home with Vicky as I don't have a car yet. The BEST vets I have seen and Moo is 11 in June so we have had several. This practice, under Vicky's leadership, recognises how very much our animals mean to us. Not all vets do. They were fast, empathetic, utterly professional and still gentle and caring to me and my girl. I cannot recommend them highly enough."
